Alex has become addicted to the DEMO of "Left 4 Dead" and has played the same stage probably around 14 times. He's already pre-ordered the game and I worry for the well-being of our relationship once there are new scenarios to occupy his time. I kid, of course. I don't mind that he's playing... though I am a bit worried for his sanity. He's engaged in more conversation with his computer screen than with me.
In other news, I saw Changeling last night and quite liked it. I highly recommend it, though I'm sure it's based on a matter of taste. What made it so good for me? It's based on a true story. And it also just kind of rocked my socks in general. Wow, I initially typed cocks...
ANYWAY! Changeling was all types of fun, engaging, disturbing and depressing, and the slightest bit historically inaccurate.
Note: I feel like it would be very easy to get spoiled for parts of this movie so be careful what you read if you plan on seeing it.
Things I would love right now:
~food that doesn't have sugar or corn syrup listed as one of the main ingredients
~the book "I Love the Female Orgasm"
~I really want that book...heh.
~some creative spark. I really would like to start a new story and have it go somewhere.
~NOT a 5-6 page paper, size 12 font, 1.5 spaced on utter BS. I have to evaluate group members' personalities. I'm not sure how that could possibly take up 5-6 pages, 1.5 spaced.
~the end to world hunger. (Just keeping things in perspective... I did earn 6000 grains of rice today on freerice.com!)
~a toothbrush.
oh yeah, I apologize if I don't respond to people on here right away. I have spurts of non-laziness (like writing this journal entry), but I am generally a lazy buttface.
